• All sales are final. However, all defects pertaining to The Double R Brand products should be addressed by email at TheDoubleRBrand@gmail.com within 5 business days after receiving your order. Customers should provide a clear detailed description and photo of the discrepancy in the email. We will properly inspect and make any adjustments we deem necessary. The products MUST be unused, in its original state and packaging.

SHIPPING

• The Double R Brand products have a 1-2 day processing time. Orders will be shipped to the customer's preferred shipping address within 3-7 business days after the order has been successfully processed.
